Clinical and radiological presentation of multiple intracranial tuberculomas mimicking brain metastases: a case report
Cases of brain tuberculoma frequently misdiagnosed as primary or metastatic brain tumors, causes to delay in diagnosis. The delay in diagnosis is even common in patients without a history of pulmonary tuberculosis. In this case report, it is aimed to discuss a patient diagnosed with intracranial tuberculoma mimicking multiple cranial metastases, by focusing on diagnostic challenges and differential diagnosis.
